Sinotrans (Germany) GmbH was establish in Germany on December 10th,1986, and was renamed to China Merchants Energy Shipping (Germany) GmbH (abb. CMESG) since March 21th,2023. It is an overseas wholly-owned subsidiary of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co. Ltd.
As the gateway and platform in Europe, CMESG is dedicated to the upstream and downstream of the shipping business, with core business in-cluding ship chartering, sales and purchase, ship building/repair/supervision, marine service/ offshore and marine product trading.
