Wang Yongxin Inspects PACIFIC ABILITY and Extends Regards to the Seafarers

22 December 2023 – President Wang Yongxin conducted a safety inspection over Pacific Ability and extended regards to seafarers at Gaolan Port, Zhuhai city. Present was also Hubin, Executive Vice President, Chief Captain and Safety Director of CMES.

Wang Yongxin mainly inspected the seaworthiness of Pacific Ability, the competence of seafarers, and the status of safety facilities and equipment. Meanwhile, he gained a deep understanding of the implementation of winter precaution measures on the ship to ensure the effectiveness of all measures.

At the meeting with seafarers, Wang Yongxin raised four requirements regarding ship safety management. First, the coordination between ship and shore should be strengthened. Second, the spirit of ownership should be promoted. Third, targeted training should be enhanced. Fourth, the advantages of grassroots party building should be leveraged.
