The Young Talent Training Program for LNG Crews is a groundbreaking initiative collaboratively promoted by CMES, Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration, Dalian Maritime University and Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited. This program represents a significant step in fostering "government-enterprise-university" cooperation. The program adopts an innovative "five-in-one" teaching model characterized by openness, contemporaneity, ecological approach, interactivity and leadership. Through vertical training, it aims to deepen students' understanding and mastery of the specialized characteristics of LNG vessels. Additionally, through horizontal cultivation, it broadens students' comprehensive knowledge of the entire LNG shipping value chain.
