Unveiling Ceremony for the Relocation of CMES LNG and the Establishment of Opearl LNG Held in Hong Kong

18 April 2024 - The inauguration ceremony for the relocation of CMES LNG Shipping Company Limited (CMES LNG) and the establishment of Opearl LNG Ship Management Company Limited (Opearl LNG) took place at the China Merchants Tower in Hong Kong. Mr Wang Yongxin, President of CMES, delivered a speech. Among the distinguished attendees were Mr Sun Xiangyi, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of CMES; Mr Xu Hui, Vice President of CMES and General Manager of CMES LNG.

During the unveiling ceremony, Mr Wang Yongxin, Mr Xu Hui, along with Mr Masami Okubo, Senior General Manager of NYK, and Ms Gao Wei, Deputy Manager of CTLNG, CNOOC Energy Technology and Services Limited, jointly unveiled the company nameplate of Opearl LNG. Following this, Mr Wang Yongxin presented a LNG ship model to CMES LNG, while Mr Sun Xiangyi presented a LNG ship model to Opearl LNG.
